I started my morning by going to the pharmacy to convert my Covid vaccine card to a European QR code “green pass”. I was told that in France, restaurants and museums do not accept the CDC vaccine card so I spent €36 to have it converted.
I then walked to “Cloud Cakes” which is a vegan coffee shop and had a really good turmeric latte and fruit with granola. The place was so cute and I stayed here a while journaling.

After a while, I left to meet my friend Joanna. We had met at a hostel in Amsterdam and she lives in Paris. We had such a great connection that we stayed in touch, and it was so nice to see her again! She took me to her favorite cat cafe where we sat and had great conversation.
We then walked around Le Marais neighborhood and saw a lot of cool shops and street art. She pointed out a lot of things to me that I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t with a local! After, we went to China town and got some Japanese pastries and bobas. We sat in the beautiful Louvre garden to eat them. I’m
Once the sun set, it got cold pretty fast so we went to a cafe to have some teas. I then left to see the Paris Catacombs!
It was very crazy and a little creepy to see the skulls and bones of ancient Parisians. It’s crazy how they kept them in this way and the remains are on display for tourists.
I went to an Asian noodle place for dinner and walked to see the new Notre Dame and finished the day with some ice cream.
