I had a lazy morning since I woke up sore and pretty worn out from such a busy week. I walked 30 minutes to a small area called Belem and went to a super nice contemporary art museum where I accidentally walked straight into a huge clear glass art piece in front of so many people who turned to look at me. Embarrassing, but whatever. I just waved and walked away quickly.

I then got some more Lisbon pastries and a coffee then walked up a hill back to the hostel. I then made my way to the city center, met up with some other volunteers by coincidence, Maja, Alina, and Kassandra, and we all had lunch together by the ocean before me and Maja headed to our placement. One of the volunteers- Emma- was leaving today so we all said goodbye before starting our shift.

Me and Maja left at 6 pm and walked about an hour down a sketchy street to meet Aneesha at the Oriente museum which was a beautiful museum of Asian art. We then all left to go to an all you can eat sushi restaurant and met up with three more volunteers for dinner- Izzy, Hian, and Laila. We had such a nice dinner together and I had a great time with all these amazing people!

I unfortunately had to say goodbye to everyone before going to bed. The people I met in this program were so lovely and it was such a sad goodbye, but hopefully our paths will cross again
